Schedule and Deadline
A single session of Camp GEMS will be offered July 26-29, 2009. Enrollment is limited and the deadline for receiving an application is June 1, 2009. Please apply early.

Camp GEMS Fees
The total fee is $280.00, which includes all meals, housing, instructional material, recreational activities, and a T-shirt. Transportation to and from the program is not included nor provided. A limited number of aid scholarships are available based on financial need.

Medical Insurance
Campers are expected to provide their own medical insurance. Ohio Northern University does not assume direct responsibility for the health care of those using the facilities of the University for summer programs. On call is a registered nurse who is available 24 hours per day. In the event of injury/illness, participants are transported to either Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima, OH, St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, OH or the Bluffton Hospital, Bluffton, OH.

Lost/Stolen Items
The university is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Participants are provided keys to rooms and are encouraged to use them.

Eligibility for Attending Camp GEMS
The student is a female in the 7th or 8th grade during in the 2009-10 academic year.
